As part of the Servulink Technical team, Ashleigh is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Ashleigh’s primary goal is to empower with stakeholders in providing valuable insights derived from data analysis.

For the past 10 years, Ashleigh has developed extensive experience within multiple industries having worked across the Asia – Pacific region within the private sector, for Federal Government organisations and Defence, where she was able to leverage data insights to design and develop contemporary learning solutions across Navy’s future workforce.

Ashleigh collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives. With a background in Education and Service design, she seeks to always place people at the forefront, and combines user-centered design principles with data analysis to optimise services that meet people’s needs.

Ashleigh is passionate about utilising data to assist organisations to create and deliver relevant, accessible services for people now and into the future.

Ashleigh holds a Bachelors of Education from the University of Canberra, a Graduate Certificate in Service Design from RMIT and is currently undertaking her Masters in Linguistics at UNE.
