As an analyst in the Servulink team, Veronica contributes across several areas to assure the quality and currency of the digital database of support services for our veterans and their families. With the veteran support landscape ever evolving, her routine activities include detailed data audits and updates to ensure that service providers are accurately represented; as well as advising on software functionality, user experience and stakeholder communication.
In addition to her Servulink work, Veronica has worked in client facing administrative support roles in allied health settings. Further, she has volunteered directly with vulnerable groups to access and navigate both government and community services. Veronica has a strong commitment and passion for supporting and working with people in need, and these experiences have deepened her understanding of the value of interdisciplinary and lived experience perspectives to inform the provision of meaningful support.
Veronica is currently completing her final years of a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts dual degree at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
